I purchased a "Complete Me" package through Living Social for $35, which normally retails at $80.  I tried scheduling an appointment through their website several times and never got a response.  I also tried leaving messages a couple times on the weekend when no one answered, but didn't get my phone call returned.  I finally tried calling during the week and was able to schedule my appointment then.  The lady I talked to was very polite.
