What kind of buffer do you use to apply Glare?

The only buffer that we ever use with Glare is the Dual Action buffer. There is no need for a High Speed Rotary Buffer on normal applications. High Speed Buffers have been known to create high speed buff marks when used by inexperienced detailers, making black cars look silver in direct light.
